We paid £252 for an initial consultation with one of their solicitors regarding a landlord-tenant dispute. The consultation itself was average, but what happened afterwards was deeply disappointing. After the meeting, the solicitor was supposed to follow up with next steps and guidance. Instead, they went completely silent.
