I have been to various physios and ostoes and Rob is by far the best. Having had various running injuries I haven’t been the most straightforward case. Rob identified the root cause of my issues (a hard one to diagnose). NHS advice was for surgery, however Rob was keen to try rehabbing our way out by strengthening supporting muscles, which worked!!
