Stuart was great and finding the issue, explaining what was needed and giving me beneficial exercises. My shoulder was significantly better after just two sessions.
Stuart is very knowledgeable and uses a lot of different tools in sessions. He has helped me increase my awareness of the cause of my chronic neck and shoulder tension. The sessions are relaxing too and he's able to help with releasing knots without causing too much pain and also gives some ideas for exercises to use at home.
