I'm a postie so with all the challenges that come with walking 10-13 miles a day I have suffered with my back, legs and feet for over 20 years nothing the doctors did helped. Then I met Amy, well she has the hands of a saint and may I say the patience of one too. I am now 70% better than I have ever been but Amy hasn't just helped my physical well being she has helped me when I needed someone to listen. I would always recommend Amy and her team.
Callum is a breath of fresh air. He has helped me so much with my constant back, shoulder and neck issues. He has empathy and knowledge second to none. Always putting my needs first and foremost.....I now only need to see Callum for what I call maintenance sessions every six to eight weeks. He has encouraged me to get back into Astanga yoga and weight training which has helped massively. I recommend Callum to everyone I know that has pain and mobility issues. Callum is great at what he does.
