I had a very uncomfortable lower back for months and after seeing Lawrence a few times the pain and discomfort has gone. He explains how to do ongoing stretching for prevention to problems and I'll definitely go to him again if problems return in the future!

Thoroughly recommended! Ive seen Laurence a few times over the years with painful pulled muscles from overdoing it. And without fail, one session with him has sorted out the pain. This week I went with spiteful lower back pain which had caused me to not sleep for a couple of nights, and unable to walk/sit comfortably. It was just awful. I have been seeing Lawrence for my lower back pain for a few months, I can honestly say he has made such a difference, not only can I sleep better but I can move so much better now. I highly recommend Lawrence, he talks you through everything that he does which helps you to understand what and why its being done.
