Highly recommend Pascaline- she is brilliant at what she does. I went to see Pascaline following the birth of my son due to an extremely weak core and terrible back pain. She worked with me over numerous sessions as well as recommending simple but effective at home exercises. In addition to this, she is such a lovely lady, makes you feel at ease and we had some good chats!
Pacaline had been treating me for a number of years, treating my back pain. She gave me lots of trusted self help techniques and always saw me when i needed her support. It gave me my confidence back, as i had restricted my activities. Back pain is miserable if you do not have the professional practioner to support you.
