I had 6 session treatment plan with Minesh. Minesh is friendly and listens to you. However, in my case, the treatment has not worked. In addition to the pain I first went to Minesh for, I have ended up with new pain in upper spine following the 5th session. He has referred me back to my GP and he has also offered for me to contact him if I need additional advise. My 6th session was on 1st Aug 2018

I went to see Minesh after suffering with back pain related to my plastering job. Simple things like getting out of bed in the morning where very painful. Now I am pain free with full mobility in my back after doing the 5 step course. I would highly recommend
