Nav is a man that can. Very professional. I’ve been a patient for over ten years and has been a great help. Really honest. Doesn’t make you book loads of treatments. If you have a back, shoulder, leg pain highly recommend Nav.
Nav is the man - came in with an issue on my wrist, turns out my shoulder is to blame and with just one session I’m already feeling so much better!! Highly recommended!!
I’ve been to Nav a few times now and I can honestly say that he is the best osteopath I ever came across! Despite working in the fitness industry and having a basic understanding about anatomy I tend to freak out when it comes to my spine/mobility/ sudden pain that seems to come from nowhere and he always calms me down and fixes me! So grateful and I cannot recommend him enough!
