I came to see Mahsa for a holistic approach to sciatica which was effecting my work and sleep. She has worked wonders on my pain, posture and flexibility over the past few weeks and I have to say I feel so much more agile. No more back stiffness and achy legs. Having tried to sort ongoing back pain with physio and not having much luck, I was very happy to discover Mahsa and Osteoandspinal. Even after a few sessions I can already feel the benefits of treatment as well as improvements to my posture and physical health
