Easy to access. Everything straightforward.
Saved our day. Fast charging. Enough to get us to dover and beyond quickly. 2 other charging station in the area not working.
Very poor instructions pasted on machine which your call centre operator said were ‘wrong’. First machine unable to connect. Card reader on second machine defective. Was told to download the app, which I did. Entered machine no into the app and it could not read it. Call centre says app can’t read machine numbers, only their names. Did eventually get charged, but a poor experience of Osprey
Heads up: Pulled into the lower rated charging spot, opened app, got charger cable plugged in, waited for charging to commence, didn’t work. Tried again…. A passing man said, oh yes, people pull into that one and then drive away. The 150kW chargers however, worked perfectly and efficiently ahead of our ferry and onward journey across France. Choose them.
