I was visiting at Bemerton Lodge today for the first time, what a lovely friendly welcome. Watching the staff interacting with the residents with dignity and respect and always with smiles. A lovely cosy home with happy friendly staff. Well done and keep you the fantastic work you are all doing in caring for our loved ones.

Bemerton lodge really feels like a home, for both staff and residents. The home gives a sense of community and individuality and encourages the residents to maintain their independence as much as possible. Everyone works together as one team and this includes the residents too.
