I have been there 3 times in 2 months and have always had a excellent service.
I have to say, OSF was by far the best hospital I've ever been to. Nicest staff, my doctor was AMAZING, and the food was anything other then normal hospital food. I seriously had baked dill and lemon salmon with a salad and fresh steamed broccoli and a baked potatoe the first night there. AND it was Fantastic! Just saying, definitely worth having my surgery in Galesburg. So glad ORA was a bunch of idiots.
I had surgery 6wks ago. The entire staff were friendly, professional, caring, and compassionate. The food was excellent.
nice place to visit not to stay God Bless all that I have too Praying for a MIRACLE!!!!
The staff were very friendly and professional , even with the construction the admitting staff did a great job well organized
