After my 9 year old with a 103.7 temp and dizziness from pneumonia asked for a wheelchair to be wheeled back to the room, the triage lady told him "you're lazy you just don't want to walk" not happy about this. Filing a complaint! If you see tons of people all day everyday, and get paid to do so, wouldn't you think you would know how to talk to people, especially kids? Nobody talks to my child like that!
