RecommendedI recently had a leg injury and, after receiving great medical care from the Orthopedic Department, was treated with physical therapy. Karissa did an outstanding job helping me understand which methods worked best for my problem. I am now well on the road to improvement. Thank you OSF St. James for helping me get my life back!

the emergency department..they told my daughter she was fine nd to go home..we took her to Gibson City nd they admitted her nd got her better..she was pregnant
Absolutely the worst care I have ever received. Prompt care can’t order test so they send you to the emergency room . Was told by patient representative that there is always a dr or a nurse that can Oder the test in prompt care but they will send you to the emergency room because they consider it an emergency at that point.so then they charge you for an emergency room visit which is a lot more money.
The ER is the worst (has been for years) but all the other services/departments are wonderful...Surgery-Ortho-ICU-Inpatient Care-Lab-Xray etc.
Katelynn in the lab just drew blood from my 2 month old son out of his little arm. She did fabulous and was very quick with such little veins. Thank you Katelynn!! Sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong! You deserve recognition for doing such a good job and making it less painful for my son by being so quick.
I have always received excellent care at St. James.
Wonderful hospital. Good Sisters. Good medical and nursing staff.
I've been waiting for a call back about a referral for a week. I've called to follow up twice and am being told the message has been passed along. The staff in my family's PCP office are outstanding but we always seem to have trouble once something leaves the hands of our PCP office. We've been dealing with this referral for over a month. Good thing the policies at other places offer flexibility so care can continue to be received.
