I have been to O S F Saint James several times and have always had great people take care of me. I was there for my first MRI on Sept. 14, 2016, they were very good to me and explained each and every step of what would be done, I have no complaints what so ever!!

Every single visit has been good. Friendly staff from Dr. Offices to same day surgery. Great place, caring. Love it!

I am doing my prenatal care with Dr. Zotz. He and the staff in the office have all been wonderful, but I'm really disappointed with my 20week prenatal sonogram tech. She was extremely cold and didn't talk me through any of the pictures she was taking. This is an exciting time for my family and I had my husband and other children with. You'd think she'd try at least a little to include them in what we were looking at, but she barely included me unless I prompted the questions!!! I brought my son in to prompt care yesterday and had a great experience. We got in and out very fast and all the staff were wonderful to us.

I live in Streator and refuse to go to Ottawa....I worked at St James and know that they give great care.

I will NEVER return to this hospital I do not care that I live closer. I came in Wednesday night and waited in the empty waiting room for 15 mins yelling in pain while pucking just to get some one to come out and check me in and was then drugged up the whole time I was there and sent home in pain saying I only had a kidney infection. The next morning woke up in more pain went to morris hospital and within 15 mins of me being there they did a CT and I had a stone so big I had to have surgery to remove it.
