The 3rd shift staff gave my son the needed care for his breathing problem and even when a trauma patient came in they still was there for my son.It would be helpful if the hospital had there own pharmacy that people could fill there scripts instead of waiting till one of the pharmacies in town opened up and when a person leaves the E.R.or Prompt Care the last thing they want to do is stop at another place and wait for scripts to be filled, they want to sit down not stand in line.

I had a physical therapy appointment and the tech worked well with me explained everything perfect to the T I never had a bad experience any time I had to go to the er or pt appointment. The staff at the hospital are people friendly and go above and beyond their job duties. I recently had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago and every member of the staff that I crossed paths with that day were very helpful and courteous to my needs. Thank you again

I love the staff and my osf doctors! Some ER staff could take a course in customer service but overall am happy with the service I receive

Very slow and Dr. asked me what I thought she should give me. Not a very good visit especially when not feeling good.

I just sat in the ER for over an hour with out being seen.. I could have been in and out of there and they just decided to let me sit in a room from 3:45 until 5:15 until my kids got to impatient in the waiting room and I had to just walk out. I'm in so much pain and needed something before my pharmacy closed at 5pm. I'm so irritated right now.

My husband went to yesterday st. James in the evening to get his PET scan rather than waiting a whole week to get it later. It was at 6:30 in the evening but at least we at least we've got it done now and don't have to wait , I like that much better than waiting a whole week to get in, thank you for sale st. James John Albrecht Medical Center

I came in on Monday night 12-19-2016, due to a fall on the ice. Even though the waiting room was packed, the ED employees were very efficient and got people in and out in a timely manner without sacrificing the level of care. I came in at 8:30pm and i believe I was treated and released by 10pm. Diagnosis: broken radial bone in my left wrist.
