What hospital let's you sit in the ER for 6 hours sick as a dog with no water or IV? Then a nurse comes in to administer meds, drops the vial in the trash, digs it out and says " thank God for clean trash cans"? The trash can was not empty so how exactly was it clean?? I would NEVER recommend this hospital to anyone. It's now been 9 hours, still waiting.
Just went to the new OSF build in Godfrey , beautiful facility and the staff was great.
I just had a great experience here in the E.R. with my 4 year old son. His nurse Emily and Dr. Jafri were fantastic! We got in and out much faster than I expected and they actually did tests and gave answers! Everyone we encountered was so nice!!!
I got here at 8:50 and they got me in fast they call my name at 9: 25 pm I am very satisfied with OSF the staff and the nurses were very friendly and nice I am very happy with them they are fast than Rockford memorial hospital .
I had an excellent experience today. Was in and out within 15 minutes, the nurses did great with my one year old. Everyone was very pleasant. Managed to get a valet to get my car even though I didn't have a ticket.
