My husband has had a lot of health problems over the last few months and has had to stay here quite a few times. The one big negative about this hospital is they have terrible pain management! My husband just had major lung surgery yesterday and they offered him Norco at first. Also, the ICU nurses were very rude and we're not careful when handling him and caused him to scream and cry bc of the pain he was in. Best nurses and docs and surgery teams ever!
I was In a serious snowmobile accident and was transferred here from my local hospital. I stayed 4 days and everyone was so nice and helpful! I had 2 surgeries and the dr is great! All the drs and nurses I saw were all amazing!!
My mom is on floor 2 the intermediate care and the staff has neglected her and left her in her own faces and had my sister not been there she would have not had any help and this happen 4 time at least, in one day. And when she did call for a nurse they said why does she need help.....UM BECAUSE ITS YOUR JOB
My son would still be with me if I would of taken him to Swedes instead.
No hospital is perfect but after my last stay I will never use osf again. The staff I'm 2 south were very rude and treated me like crap! I called and wrote a letter explaining my situation and all I get is an I'm sorry. This hospital has gone to shit and it's sad because that's what I've only known as a hospital.
