Wonderful place, Wonderful caregivers. If I had 100 tongues I couldn't say enough good things about OSF St. Anthony's. They saved my life more than once!
Nurses here on 4 West are always sweet, I only wish they weren't so swamped because while they are great at their job and still make you feel comfortable, they're always having to dart out of the room as soon possible because they don't want to fall behind with another patient. But again, not their fault because they are wonderful at their job. If I had to choose, my favorite nurse would have to be Sammi.
My Fiance went because her doctor told her if her pain got worse to go to the emergency room so she went for gal bladder pain they told her it was the weekend and her gal bladder wasn't infected so they sent her home with pain med that are not working she had prior has a pointment the 8th for surgery but she was in pain so bad but just send her home that just not fair to her to be in so much pain.
My dad has received exceptional care overall and I would treat with osf myself.
Every visit is filled with gentle kind staff, from the greeter to the lab staff to the Drs. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes and everyone works hard to make me feel comfortable.
I delivered my sweet boy here two months ago. I received the best Care and felt so comfortable and happy. The nurses were very caring and amazing!!! I will always deliver my children here.
Had to have a stent put in at OSF ..Dr Skowronski and his team were and have been great throughout. All staff show a genuine concern for all patients
