Worst hospital ever . Good sergon though, but horrible nurses besides two of them , rude supervisor . Most of the nurses seemed to not know what they were doing or knew the policy's. Im only giving it one star because I came in with a messed up wrist and he fixed it beyond belief . NEVER COME HERE IF YOU ARENT GETTING SURGERY .
I was there for the birth if my granddaughter. I have to say I was impressed. The doctor was great and my daughters nurse was absolutely fantastic. The staff was kind and helpful.
I went in the ER for stitches was in and out in 45 min to an hour. They took me right back all I had to wait for was paper work to be discharged. The receptionist was kind although she seemed a little kranky and overworked but still kept her spirits for the most part. The doctor was very prompt and explained what he was doing and he had very good bedside manner. Would definitely go back.
My 6 year old son had a tonsillectomy yesterday at the hospital. I'm not sure if it's harder on the child or the parents, but the team we had at OSF made the day easy and worry free! They got us in and out, talked to us, kept us informed and really took care of our son. They were very professional and caring, never once did I think they were just "doing their job". I was there there was a woman there that was there for 4 hours so I decided to take off cancel my visit
You go to a hospital because you are feeling very bad and everyone was nice and helpful so even before you receive medical attention you start feeling better. Thank you to all who helped me yesterday.
