I cannot thank Osborne Lodge enough for helping me to get my elderly mum out of hospital following a fall she had at our home on the 8th October 2020, and subsequently caring for her every need since. She fractured her kneecap and dislocated her hip resulting in two operations leaving her immobile and in need of 24-hour care and rehabilitation mobilisation. Lovley place .Thomas the manager is an amazing boss and carer and he genuinely cares for his residents and his staff 5 star boss .lisa the assistant manager is amazing too honest caring and very fair ....
This home is caring and compassionate. The staff will encourage and support the residents fully. I totally trust them and cannot praise them enough for the care given to my father.
A pleasure to have worked a shift in your lovely warm and friendly home.
