Unreliable -they failed to show up as arranged and have not been responsive to emails. Communication is poor.

I recently bought replacement windows and a new bifold door for my home from Osborn. From first contact through to fitting I found them helpful, professional and friendly. Special shout out to Danny, who spotted some challenges with the old windows and came up with some good ideas to solve them right at the start (something I didn't get from another company who quoted the job).
