Really good service. Prompt delivery and collection. We had a problem with a blow out but were rescued and given a replacement. Can't fault the service

Genuinely fantastic customer service with these guys, I had a minor issue with the first vehicle, they rectified it the very next day. Great communication throughout and David, the guy who delivered my car provides a superb level of service. Will definitely use you again, thanks to all at Osborn.

My partner hired a 7 seater S Max 23rd-27th July, car got us to Hereford with no problems. Delivered car on time and collected it on time also (really liked that they could deliver it, as this was convenient). Car was clean and spacious, only downside my partner found when driving it was it was very difficult to get up hills when driving, very slow, other than that it was perfect for our trip.
