I would have given this place 10 stars up and until Luis announced his retirement. My sons brace is cracking and bits falling off. His new one is uncomfortable and cuts in. I have called so many times and no one answers or they don't have a licence to treat patients anymore. What is going on?

Absolutely horrendous, don't go there with your child. Was told treatment would take 2 years, we are now past 4 years with hardly any progress. Appts every 3 to 4 months if you are lucky. So any work is undone by the next appt. Last appt was told they were waiting for a tooth to come through which on xray does not even exist!! No treatment plan, make it up as they go along. Avoid at all costs!
I went there to get my moulds done for my spacer then they claimed that they lost it so I had to get it done again . When we asked how they lost it they were just really rude
