2 hour wait for a phone appointment that didn't happen. No warning. I had to call oh it's ok they 'may' call you later. Some of us have jobs that we need to go back to and took valuable time out of a hectic day to allow the appointment initially. Really disappointing end to an already chronic experience. So frustrated with the service as a whole. Continues to let me down even after prior poor experience with the service and promises to improve
