They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Every time I had a concern the staff made me feel like they were doing me a favor, and like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Based on three of my calls, they never answer the phone and you have to wait at least 24 hours before they call you back
