RecommendedI travel and 1 1/2 hrs to get here and 90% of staff is excellent the other 10% needs a little work, but over all is a great hospital.
Appointment today for a partial thickness tear in my rotator cuff... the staff was all amazing but I was not impressed with care I was given... I get it I'm no doctor but something torn needs fixed. but instead i got sent home after a 90 minute drive a 20 minute wait amd a 3 minute interview with the Dr who sent me home with a rubber band and said it aint that bad and do physical therapy... plus dont schedule a follow up unless it doesnt get better... uhm hello I was there cause it didn't get better already...

telling patients what to bring and not being ahead of the appointment instead of waiting till the patient is there and cancel them is a start on fixing this horrible network.

The Covid-19 tests are suppose to be free! Not $1000! I know that's what everyone else thinks too! The government is paying for these tests and LMH trying to double their money! CROOKS!
