We have had to change plans to accommodate LMH 3 times this week! When you have to arrange for care givers and time taken off from work this is very unprofessional! first it was Wednesday. then Monday evening. then Teusday early morning, now Tuesday evening. I am honestly becoming quite fed up with this doctor’s office.. they are rude and grumpy, to begin with. In person and over the phone.They refuse to see my son if he has ANY symptom whatsoever. He has a mild runny nose and they turned him down. Last time I brought him in for something, they had no solution to the problem and sent us away.. RecommendedI shattered my heel the 4th of July (long story). I met with Dr. Galligan a few days later to come up with a plan for repairing it. After meeting with him, I felt completely confident in him. I knew I was going to get the absolute best care! He explained what I had done, what the options were in fixing it and what recovery was going to be like. I'm still battling this monster (my calcaneus), but I have no complaints about my Dr. or his team at OrthoKansas. My best advice is, don't break your calcaneus!! My next bestest advic... read more

Sitting here for over an hour for a CT. Still not being seen. Pushed back, so I was told, due to ER patients. I cannot sit or stand for long periods. This place may be operated by Cerner now but it is the same lame day to day business it has been for the last 40 years I know of. How I wish KU or St. Luke’s would drop a major medical campus/hospital in this city. This place is a disgrace.
