I have been a patient here for over 3 years and was really looking forward to finally getting my braces removed on 28/08/25. Unfortunately, I received a cancellation letter. While I understand that sometimes the doctor may not be available, I explained that I have an upcoming holiday and a family wedding, and this appointment was very important to me.
