The service manager John was very helpful and friendly he made sure that I was well taken care of and my Jeep was in and out within one day! Thank you so much!
I was just looking around. Stopped by. Daniel Watson came out to greet me. Told him I had heard an ad on the radio. Just wanted to see what they had on lot. Test drove a Dodge truck. Loved it but not good gas mileage. I told Daniel what I could and couldn't do to buy. He was Awesome. So a couple of weeks go by. I hear another ad on radio, go back and talked to Daniel again. Made an appointment with him for Saturday March 11, 2017. I ended up with a 2016 Nissan Versa Sedan.

Ryan in the service department is super nice. He has always taken care of us quickly and addressed our needs, answered any questions and kept us informed. When we had to wait on a fix for an issue he would call and keep us up to date on the progress. Love our rogue and have been treated super at Orr! Would recommend...
I went to get an oil change today. After waiting over and hour and then paying $101 I will not have my oil changed there again! I had previously had it changed at Whitson Morgan in Clarksville and it was only $55 there! They are a big rip off and won't be receiving my services again!
Thanks to Clint, Roger and all the others at ORR for all there help. A bunch of wonderful people there at ORR. Had a wonderful buying experience. Also a lot of fun giving Clinton a hard time. Only the guys at ORR knows why I gave Clinton a hard time. By the way Clinton I'm still waiting for my soda!!!! Ha Ha
I stopped by this morning with a recall notice I received from Chrysler on my Jeep. Without an appointment and fully expecting them to have to order parts, they said let's have a look at it. They pulled it right in and 45 minutes later I was on the road. Great service!
Clint Hartley went out of his way to find a car for my daughter who is out of state and having to shop online. He was very patient and honest and I am SO grateful for his help. My daughter is ecstatic and I can't wait to take her new car to her and see her face! Thank you Clint!
