Had my car there for appointment at 8:30 a.m. thursday and they did not finish my car till 4:30 friday treated me like i wasnt priority or a customer

I came into business with Orr when I was searching for my 2nd car and when i went home to do some rearch i found the car i wanted went back to Orr but they did not have the car. However, Crain hyundai in Little Rock did and Orr offered to go bring the car here , sparing me half a days trip and gas. Purchase was a breeze and whenever I get my car serviced its easy making appointments. Overall from my experiences Orr is a dependable, trustworthy business that will do their best and more to satusfy your needs.
