Let me start by saying I was a lifelong GM buyer and never considered anything else. I had become used to the smug arrogance of the salesmen at the GM dealer. I guess I never knew what it felt like to be a real customer. Then I walked in to Orr and meet Joey Crossland. He was not pushy and was very patient. I told him what I wanted and he found me exactly what I asked for. I am done with GM since my last 2 trucks blew up at just over 100k.
