Orona is not a company to trust with your lift. A total lack of Customer Care and indifference to the discomfort its poor service causes makes Orona a name to avoid in the market. A phone call to Orona offices to establish when engineers may call ended up in them hanging up….and a lift out of commission leaving residents with mobility issues stranded. . Astonishingly bad behaviour
This lift company has gone seriously downhill in the last few years. What was supposed to be a routine fix has left our flat block's lift out for weeks.
