unfortunately i can't rate kevin as a zero star, if you want someone who only works from 10am till 1.30pm hire kevin, if you dont care how bad the quality of the work is kevin is the man for the job and if you like being charged double the original quote kevin is the best man for the job. Do not hire this useless person.
Neighbour had this guy to their sort roof. I had the grief. First rubbish from his work blocked roof drain result my living room flooded. Then he removed my guttering I was up all night with rain like waterfall onto flat roof.lastly covered my car in cement . Beware and warn neighbours
