As before I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My usual hygienist was on maternity leave so saw a stand in. She was also friendly and very helpful when I had a question regarding what size of TePe brush I should be using. As always my dentist Fiona was welcoming. Lovely lady.
Observations from recent experience. 1, The dentists at this practice are very professional and the treatment is very good. 2, Because Ana only works 2 days a week it is very difficult to get a one hour appointment. Appointments are squeezed in at the beginning and end of the day. I've had to wait nearly 7 weeks for a crown replacement. Latest appointment was at 9 'o' clock, which is a pain as I have to drive through rush hour traffic rather than using the bus. Just received an update on monthly fee increase. Its 16%. It has taken nearly 7 weeks to get a replacement crown with some discomfort experienced during the wait. I'm paying over £700 a year. Sorry but the jury is still out on the new practice. Will review again once the crown is fitted and it works. Hence only 3 stars this time.
Always had good treatment here, not the cheapest but worth paying the extra for. Reception always efficient and give you reminders for your appointments. They have a dental plan scheme, which is worth taking out as spreads cost of check ups and gives 10% off any additional treatment.
