Excellent service recently from the surgery. Call backs and treatments well communicated and executed. Very pleased with the Surgery
I have been at this practice since Dr Henderson nearly 60yrs ago (I was a baby actually + thats the truth ) My health is deterioating and at 62 Im in constant pain and have severe mobility issues + ++ all I need is an appointment to see Dr Jenkins Im under various consultants would need to see my gp in between hospital appts please... without all this .
What has happened to this surgery. Getting to speak to a doctor is an almost lottery style system where you ring at exactly 08:30, spend an hour in a queue and then there are no telephone appointments left. Ask what else can be done and you're told go to the out of hours doctor. On the rare occasion you actually get on the list for the day the doctor diagnoses you over the phone. I have been with the same practice for forty four years, and I have been waiting on a doctor to call me for three days now. Clearly, the practice has taken on too many patients, and the old patients are suffering for it. I am extremely disappointed to say the least at the standard of care.
