Mary Ann and Stacy always help me with everything I need! They make sure to go above and beyond for all their customers. It is so great to go somewhere that has such an amazing staff with even more amazing customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially first time jewelry buyers! Linda helped my husband pick out the perfect engagement ring and Stacy helped me with the bands and wedding gifts!! We love Orloff!

Nancy is great! The jewelry collection beautiful. Had one little snafu.....my daughter brought her ring in because one of the prongs were snagging her clothes. The problem was not corrected and the person she spoke with was slightly rude. I was not with her and we do not know her name. Nancy assured me that we can bring the ring back in and have it looked at.
