This was the first time my wife and I experienced Orloff Jewelers. Went in to have two rings resized and was greeted by Linda, a very professional and friendly sales associate. Linda answered all of our questions, handled the business at hand, and when asked by my wife if her wedding ring could be polished, Linda took care of that while the needed paperwork and sizing was being handled. It was a very relaxing and friendly visit. Thank you Linda.
