I walked into Orloff Jewelers with very little experience when it comes to jewelry. I was immediately greeted by Melodie who was very welcoming and professional. She assisted me in finding the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and there was absolutely no pressure when it came to picking what I wanted. Just had my braclet repaired! They called me with an estimate just as they said they would and it was ready before promised time! I felt like family even thou it was The first time I was there. I even added a David Yurman heart braclet to my collection! No pressure Lori was awesome. Did I mention they cleaned my jewelry too? What a great jewelry store you have James! Love fig garden ❤️

My whole experience was enjoyable. Prior to going into the building I inquired about the item I was going to purchase via email. MaryAnn responded quickly, and Cristi answered my questions. When I arrived Vincent was very courteous and professional. The transaction was quick and pleasant. We discussed other items while I was there, but the conversation was pleasant and without pressure to make additional purchases.

Wonderful selection of Shinola products and excellent service. Picked up the Shinola Runwell 1069 in the black. Love it!!!
