Both my boys purchased engagement rings from you. Both experiences were awful. Mark still doesn't have his ring after 2 months of being told just a few days. And Adam's diamond was broken upon receipt and took several phone calls and visits to other jewelers to be made right. I expected higher customer service and honesty from a high-end jeweler.
