We couldn't be more pleased with the service and products we get from Orlestone Oak, everyone we speak to is helpful and the delivery drivers are always accommodating of our location. We used to have an open fire, but when we had a wood burner fitted we spent a long time trying to establish the best wood to burn. Horrible experience, forced to take Orlestone to Money Claims to recover a deposit for an order we made for a window. We cancelled the order after 3 days, well within our rights, as they could not tell us when they would deliver. For months they promised a refund but it was not forthcoming - only after seeking a judgement against them were we paid.
Lovely team at Orlestone. Ian in the office, Dave delivery.... All helpful, friendly and professional. We've been having their logs delivered for years....good, hard oak....give out alot of heat, always well seasoned. We found them after buying our oak floors from them 20 years ago (oak floors are still lovely too!) Highly recommended!
