We loved our stay here! There was no need to even leave the hotel with all the restaurants and activities located in the hotel. We will be back!
Fabulous hotel and very family friendly. The laser show at night is awesome! Great pools and other free activities. Staff is amazing!! We have a son with special needs and was not happy with the number or location of our room (long story:)The next day we went to talk to the front desk to see if they could help us. I'm a Platinum Elite member, and absolutely love Marriott. However, this is not my favorite property by a long shot. The rooms are small, the amenities are lacking, and something has been broke both times we've stayed. First time, it was the A/C. We called to have it looked at, twice. Both times the maintenance man said the reason it wouldn't go below 76 (even at night) was because it was hot outside... that's a complete crock. This hotel rolls out the red carpet for the Panama Canal Society Zonians every year. The property is kept immaculate and there are many great amenities available with the Spa and Fitness Center being available to guests as well as a golf course that hosts our golf tournament. Room was clean, food was good, people were friendly, what else can you ask for?
Room didn’t smell fresh and clean, especially the bathroom. For the first 2 nights of my 4 night stay, the towels and bed linens smelled musty, as if they were leftovers from the previous occupants of the room. The front desk, concierge, and L&L staff were great. Prices in the Central Pantry were seriously inflated. Don’t use the hotel town car to get anywhere. I paid $18 for a ride that was less than 2 miles! Too many employees in the lobby didn’t even know how to direct me to the pick up area for the town car. The bell hop... read more
Great place for our Canal Zone Reunions. Staff has always been very helpful and accommodating. Nice restaurants and an awesome swimming pool.
