We stayed on property 6/27/18-7-2/18. Travel Agent booked this hotel and I would never return. I paid the resort fee 140.00 on the first day. My BFF had a rental car and when she left 7/1/18 she paid for valet services. I checked out 7/2/18 and was handed my bill with 0.00 balance. I was in the taxi to airport less than 5 minutes when I checked my bank account only to find they deducted 140.00 from my account. Fabulous property ! Probably the best at Orlando.. the laser lights at the pool, water slides, high speed glass elevator - half in half out into the city make it truly unique.. our two bay vista suite was great and so was the service ��
Short staffed for NO pool service on a Sunday afternoon going into the 4th of July holiday week. The cable TV was out for almost 24 hours & it has been a total cluster with the valet service. I totally understand the crowds for the holiday but this isn’t your first rodeo Marriott!
