Overall a lovely venue but the food although good was very expensive and sometimes impossible to obtain due to not enough venues for the number of people. Unfortunately there was a lot of dust in our room and I found myself dusting areas. I was not able to get WiFi for the whole three days which was frustrating since I wanted to conduct some important stay related business during our convention. The workers that I interacted with were very nice but they could not correct the problems mentioned.

Very clean and nice resort.
Overall enjoyable but... the bathroom needs ventilation!!! It was like a sauna. So bad that there would be puddles on the floor from condensation. There needs to be another mirror besides at the vanity. There were 4 ladies in the room and we needed more mirrors. Also more shelving and hooks in the bathroom/vanity area. And another luggage rack would be nice too. It was clean and housekeeping was great. Front desk personnel were also great.

I was here with the Plexus Convention. I am a Platinum elite member of Marriott. First the good: 1) friendly staff throughout the facility. 2) king room comfortable 3). Air conditioning works well 4) refrigerator in room 5) pool clean and hot tub warm. 6)decent food 7)Bellhop was helpful and did great. Had same one for check in and out. Now for the bad. 1) Room overlooking restaurant roof and garage 2) 25$ resort fee for what? 3) Not equipped for crowds of this size. As a Marriott Premier Elite member I have to say I was disappointed in my stay at this resort. I was there for a convention and to say you are ill equipped for the number of people is an understatement. It usually took 30-60 minutes to exit the parking garage unless you went during a session! And $35/day for valet parking? Highway robbery! The rooms were okay but need updating. The USB ports did not work and the power strip for the coffee maker kept tripping. I did not stay at the hotel, but was there for a convention. The staff that took care of the restrooms, were amazing! There were over 10,000 people that attended and they were also kind and kept up with keeping the restrooms clean, despite the never ending line of people!
