Wonderful experience at this Marriott Hotel. As Marriott Reward Members we always love staying where we feel welcomed and this place was outstanding. The service, the rooms and the grounds itself. The only downside is they charge for self parking which is shuttle bus drive away and plenty of walking. That self parking should be complimentary in my opinion, it’s a hike! The resort amenities were great. Loved the pool area and the slides, laser light show was awesome. Shuttle from the hotel to the Disney areas is very convenient. They need to work on customer service a bit. Our room was never looked after, beds weren’t made, trash was over flowing and we had to call for more towels. High Velocity had great food but the service was not great. The waitress barely checked on us and our bill was charged to the room as well as to my husbands card. Only downfall was why have an indoor pool if on the day it’s raining all day long , the indoor pool is not open. That was on a weekend day also... disappointing. Other than that the hotel was beautiful with many activities for kids.
The place is absolutely beautiful, rooms were clean! My issue was the WiFi and the unexpected fees ! I will accept full responsibility for not reading the fine print ! But there was a resort fee and the parking was 22 dollars a day and I was not aware of this ! The WiFi code didn’t work because it was only for the rooms not other locations in this building ! Overall Marriott is my favorite brand hotel and i still love them , i was just disappointed �
Great family resort. Friendly staff. So much to do. 2 nights stay not enough to take advantage of all they offer. The animal exhibit for kids was amazing! The guy was great. Got to hold a snake, gator, and learn about nature was free. The pool volleyball was highlight for our family. Seeing kids of all races joined to play friendly games is priceless. Orlando World Center Marriott is an amazing place. I bring my family here several times a year. It is very family friendly and the pool is relaxing and enjoyable.
