This hotel was amazing! We had a pool view room in the east tower. The views were awesome, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.
It was a great stay and beautiful biew
Factory style mass accommodation. Over crowded breakfast restaurant. Guests couldn’t find tables and chairs to sit on. No butter at the bread and toast section. Some chemical concoction masquerading as bread spread. Yuck!! Wouldn’t recommend it.
Overall somewhat good experience. I stayed 3 days for a conference. Unfortunately, I woke up today before checking out to a flooded bathroom. The water cut off valve in the wall leaked all over the floor. I called to report the issue at 6am. Sad part, I couldn’t use my bathroom due to the flood and wasn’t offered another temporary room so I could get ready to leave. I guess it left a bad impression.
Overpriced / bad food I just say ..... stay away lol
I really liked the hotel and staff was very polite and helpful. However, the cost of parking very much expensive to other hotels I have previously stayed. The cost of a shuttle was incredibly expensive. All food we had was salty we ate at the italian restaurant very expensive and awful the food i ordered the lasagna and was not able to eat it after one spoon. We also had room service and brought beer but no bottle opener, when i called to let then know they brought up a bottle opener. I really expected the rooms to be larger... read more
We loved the large pool. Family and I had a blast. However, cocktails and food left a lot to be desired. Drinks overpriced for the size and quality and so was the food which was bland and tasteless and commercial. Staff friendly.
Had the best time! Definitely recommend staying here. Extremely clean, very friendly staff, and didn’t have to leave the property.
