My wife had a lower spinal herniated disc and was seeking physiotherapy whilst on holiday in Orkney. We used the services of Payal Gupta, she found us an appointment time very soon after contacting her, she was helpful and prompt when communicating with her. Her sessions were very good reducing my wifes pain and inflammation in the localised area. She offered ultrasound therapy and specific stretches/exercises, progressing in stages. I would definitely uses her services again and I would highly recommend her to anyone else.
Payal is an amazing Physio. She explains everything very well and messages to check on progress. I highly recommend her for any pain.
I hurt my knee whilst on holidays and was in a lot of pain. I was able to quickly get an appointment, but on review Payal saw me even more quickly (that day) and started me on the road to recovery. The premises is easy to find and park at. Overall very happy with the help (relief and reassurance) I have received. Delighted with the progress and support for strengthening up to avoid a reoccurrence. Really great service, friendly and professional. Thank you!

Expert professional treatment received on 15.08.24. I booked a therapeutic back & shoulders massage - which I received but more importantly, I came away having received a detailed diagnosis of a problem I wasn’t aware of, plus excellent guidance on how to repair the damage. Having had experience of numerous physio’s over my cumulative years of sports injuries - Barbara’s treatment is the very BEST I have encountered - I just wish I lived on Orkney should my muscles need attention in the future! An unreserved recommendation.
