Staff behaviour reflects business values. I could do with some descent property care as a landlord but guess what? I cycle. The UK toxic highway culture perpetuates the myth that people on bicycles are road scum. The reality is most of us earn more (and therefore pay more taxes that are hypothecated into highway maintenance, traffic police etc) than the arrogant and poorly educated drivers that insist on using their vehicle as a weapon. I won't do business with companies that employ dangerous drivers.
Pay peanuts, get monkey's. Even that's to a higher review for this bunch of pondlife.
Shame about the vehicle management. Poor driving. Respect the other road users, Inc cyclists.
