Horrible service for many different reasons over the past few years and got scammed this Saturday 100$ because they said lug nuts were seized on, even tho we just put summer tires on 2 weeks ago by hand and torqued properly. I have never had a problem taking tires on and off myself every season ... Now they charged an extra 100$ on the break job because they had to use some tool that's a minimum 1 hour labour extra if they need to use it? What tool is that? Never ever buy a used car from Orillia Hyundai. I had the worst car buying experience of my life! I purchased a car that was continuously in their shop due to a loud thump in the drive train which would cause me to almost lose control (there were 3 very frightening close calls). After repeated attempts to fix it, I lost confidence in the car, the service centre and the dealership so I traded it in and purchased something else.
