My wife took her elantra in to your dealership for an oil change, Thinking it was done she went on her way. Having again come up to an oil change we decided to do it ourselves, Much to our suprise only 3 liters of really black oil came out, not to mention the oil filter looked like it was a 100 years old. When we refilled our oil we used the better part of a 4.73 liter jug. Do you actually change oil or just charge for it? also many plastic skid plate supports missing as well as 3 of the metal screws? Steer clear!!!

Experience started off good but faded quickly. Put a $500 hold on a vehicle, and waited for Orillia Hyundai to install a part before I would sign off and finalize the deal. Part was in stock but after a week service dept had still not installed part. I asked for, and received without hassle, a refund on my deposit, told salesman to give me a call when car was ready because I was still interested in car (12 days later they still have not called). While we have had wonderful experiences at Orillia Hyundai in the past, my recent interactions have changed my opinion. I attempted to look at leasing another vehicle from the dealership and, unfortunately, Wes had no interest or time to help. It took him a week to return my initial call and 3 days later passed me off to someone else because he was "crazy busy". After a few exchanges I decided to go with another car dealership instead.
